Orders ship within 2-5 business days.
Pre-Orders: You will be informed of the status of your pre-order delivery upon purchase. These can be anywhere from 30 days to a few months. Timelines can change and we will keep you updated via the email you provided upon order.
Once orders have been processed, we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about order status.
If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible to inquire about order status. While we will try our best to support you with the change, we cannot guarantee the ability to change your address as we work with external courier companies and must adhere to their timelines.
It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated delivery location. Right Wrong Games is not responsible for packages not retrieved or stolen, and will not issue refunds or resend product if deemed available by the courier.
Damaged in Transit
For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take pictures of item damage and include it in email along with the date of delivery and name the customer who purchased the order. If we deem the game cannot be played, we will process a replacement of the game or damaged card(s).
Other Damage Policy
Our games are not water proof or tear proof. Please open the box gently and play with the cards in a dry space. We do not replace games damaged by game play.
Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will open a trace with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their trace and deemed the package lost.
Returns and Returns
Due to the one-time open packaging, games are considered final sale. That being said, we want you to be happy. If you encounter a problem with your squares please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery of order and we will do what we can to make it right.
